ICF Quebec Conference 2026

Spring is finally upon us, providing a wonderful opportunity to share some news about the Congress.

Reminder of dates: Tuesday, October 27, and Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the University of Sherbrooke, Longueuil campus.
Under the theme Coaching: An Anchor in Turbulent Times, the Congress proposes a return to basics by exploring resilience, balance, and adaptability in our practice. Together, we will highlight the power of humanity and collective intelligence to foster commitment and the common good, and we will discuss the future of coaching in close connection with science and technological and societal advances in order to enrich our practice and increase our impact.
For the opening conference, we are pleased to welcome the exceptional journalist and former TVA anchor, Sophie Thibault.

The first female anchor of a late-night news program in North America and a Knight of the National Order of Quebec, Sophie Thibault will share a journey marked by courage, lucidity, and the ability to remain firmly grounded in demanding and constantly pressured contexts.

Through her human and committed perspective, she will echo what brings us together as coaches: presence, grounding, discernment, and inner strength when everything around us is in flux.

The microsite dedicated to the Congress will be up and running in April.
