Under the theme “Coaching: A Source of Stability in the Eye of the Storm,” the Conference invites us to return to the essentials by exploring resilience, balance, and adaptability in our practice. Together, we will celebrate the power of the human spirit and collective intelligence to foster engagement and the common good, and we will explore the future of coaching in close connection with science, technological advancements, and societal changes, in order to enrich our practice and increase our impact.
